		<description>It sounds to me like the segregation of the web by language: whole new worlds will be created. Great for local users but will change the dominance of English-speaking countries in business and elsewhere. The end of the egalitarian Web? A win for cultural independence from Western influences? A blow for universal connectivity?</description>
