The study revealed some interesting results:
• Australian’s worry about burglary as much as death
• Cost is the major factor for under insurance

Pedaling Through the Downhills
Filed under: Adwords, Google — Tags: google adwords, search, sem — Liz Koch @ Wednesday, March 7th, 2012I’ve been training for the Sydney Triathlon for a few weeks now. I used to ride a bike when I was little, so I thought “How hard can cycling be?” Needless to say, it’s harder than I expected.
During those first rides, I would curse myself going up every hill (and trust me, Sydney has a lot of hills). When I finally got to the top, I would relax and stop pedaling completely as I rolled down the hill. When I finished a ride, I was exhausted, and usually had a really slow time.
As I watched the pro’s fly by me, I realised something they all had in common: they all pedal through the downhills. When they get to the top of the hill, they don’t just take a break. They pump up the gear, and they keep their legs moving, getting the most out of the momentum they’ve got.
